What you'll do

• Look up product locations and descriptions
• inspect returned items and accessories for condition, defects, damage, wear, or missing components
• receive and process returns
• verify merchandise against return documentation and system records
• operate scanners and virtual terminals
• sort items into appropriate categories
• re-fold, repackage, retag, and prepare sellable merchandise for inventory
• report discrepancies
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• meet accuracy and productivity expectations
• assist other warehouse departments as needed.
