The Research Assistant (Scheduler) role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Compensation is commensurate with experience. The role coordinates participant visits and related study logistics while assisting participants and supporting research administration. By scheduling study components and helping with check-in, imaging appointments, and blood-draw processes, the assistant helps the Institute’s studies operate smoothly.
What you'll do
- Schedule participant interviews, neuropsychological testing, blood draws, MRI appointments, medical exams, and feedback sessions
- check participants into the electronic system
- coordinate imaging appointments
- prepare blood-draw entries and lab forms
- escort participants to Quest and deliver samples to the lab
- interpret English to Spanish for a Nurse Practitioner when needed.
