What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and credit-card transactions
• verify approvals, coding, and policy compliance
• maintain vendor records and W-9s
• administer purchase orders
• resolve vendor and purchase-order issues with campus departments
• prepare annual 1099 forms and tax documentation
• oversee college credit-card issuance, training, transaction review, and reconciliation
• post accounts payable entries to the general ledger
• reconcile assigned accounts monthly
• prepare audit schedules and records
• respond to auditor inquiries
• cross-train for payroll backup
• support Business Office functions as needed.

Why this role
