• define requirements for backend services and distributed systems supporting personal-loan origination
• partner with engineering on scalable platform products
• lead scrum planning, backlog management, and delivery ceremonies
• translate banking and lending requirements into product specifications
• align with credit, risk, and compliance stakeholders
• prioritize work and communicate roadmap decisions.
