The role contributes to smooth restaurant operations through guest service, staff training, and work across the floor or kitchen as needed.

What you'll do

• Attend to guest needs
• answer phones and radio
• help maintain dining areas, set up, and bus tables
• work on the floor or in the kitchen as needed
• assist with staff training and feedback
• follow health and safety regulations
• inspect cleanliness and equipment and follow preventive maintenance programs.
