What you'll do

• Manage room-cleaning operations
• inspect assigned units and VIP rooms and direct corrective action
• oversee linen and inventory controls, key control, safety procedures, storeroom organization, cart stocking, and lost and found
• respond to guest requests
• inspect rooms and public areas
• maintain cleaning records and daily reports
• monitor labor, supply costs, and inventories
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• train and supervise housekeeping associates
• work with other departments on operational issues.
