What you'll do

• Own the Best Buy business, including revenue, forecasting, promotions, assortment planning, inventory management, and growth initiatives. Deliver revenue, unit-share, and revenue-share objectives
• develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans
• build relationships with Best Buy merchants, category managers, inventory planners, and other stakeholders. Lead business reviews, line reviews, planning discussions, and promotional reviews. Identify opportunities in distribution, shelf space, product mix, and category performance in-store and online. Use retailer POS, Circana, market-share, and internal business intelligence data to develop recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product Management.
