What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees
• follow planned menus and standard recipes
• plate food according to portion and garnish guidelines
• ensure adequate preparation
• communicate shortages to a supervisor
• maintain freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation policies
• clean and inspect kitchen appliances and work areas
• support kitchen staff as needed.
