The Cost Accounting Assistant / Junior Cost Accountant role is onsite in San Jose, CA. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. The position supports cost accounting and manufacturing operations at Foxconn Industrial Internet. The role helps maintain accurate production, inventory, and cost records by verifying manufacturing data, reconciling inventory, matching invoices and purchase orders, and assisting with cost reports and audit preparation. This support enables the Cost Accountant and cross-functional teams to coordinate financial and production information.

What you'll do

• Enter and verify manufacturing order, material movement, and labor-hour data against ERP records
• assist with cycle-count reconciliation and physical inventory audits
• investigate minor inventory discrepancies under the Cost Accountant’s guidance
• perform three-way matching for manufacturing expenses and raw material purchases
• assist with cost analysis reports, scrap logs, and variance spreadsheets in Excel
• maintain cost records, BOM updates, and audit documentation
• assist with audit preparation.
