The Lead Program Facilitator (Lead Mountain Rover) role is onsite in Glen Jean, West Virginia. Compensation is $1,750–$1,850 per month. The role helps train rover staff, guide guests through the onsite high-adventure program, and connect participants with Summit staff and activities while supporting safe, positive experiences.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Summit Experience Program Director to train and develop rover staff
• guide Summit Experience guests
• act as liaison between guests and Summit staff
• provide guidance and coaching to youth
• participate in camp-wide programs and activities
• promote Scouting methods
• model the Scout Oath and Law
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
