The COO leads the firm’s non-legal business operations and builds the systems, financial discipline, and leadership capacity needed for sustainable growth. The role partners with the founder and CEO to improve accountability and enable the organization to operate effectively without the founder’s daily involvement.

What you'll do

• Lead non-legal business operations
• establish accountability across departments
• develop and execute operational priorities
• build leadership structures
• identify operational weaknesses and implement solutions
• recruit, coach, and hold managers accountable
• oversee budgets, financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
• improve efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation
• develop scalable systems and operating procedures
• support technology, automation, and AI improvements.
