What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• monitor vital signs and assist with medications as directed
• prepare meals and assist with meal planning
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship and social engagement
• observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
• support memory care
• use Hoyer lifts for transfers when necessary
• maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
