The role leads Jamco’s aircraft seating program portfolio across development, certification, production, delivery, entry into service, and aftermarket support.

What you'll do

• Lead seating portfolio strategy, priorities, investments, and execution
• maintain accountability for program cost, schedule, quality, technical, contractual, margin, cash, and customer performance
• oversee budgets, forecasts, revenue, and profitability
• establish program governance and change control
• direct program and customer reviews
• serve as senior customer interface and escalation point
• oversee contract changes, claims, negotiations, and proposals
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• manage portfolio risks and compliance
• report performance and financial metrics
• and lead and develop the Seating Program Management organization.
