Mental Health Practitioner — Qualified Residential Treatment Program

The Mental Health Practitioner role is onsite in Henderson and Las Vegas, NV; compensation is not specified. The practitioner supports youth in Bamboo Sunrise’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP), which focuses on safety, healing, stability, and hope. Working with a multidisciplinary treatment team, the practitioner provides therapeutic and behavioral support, contributes to treatment planning, assists with crisis response, and helps youth progress toward treatment goals, permanency, and community integration. The role also supports discharge planning and accurate clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Participate in treatment planning and team meetings
• conduct assigned behavioral health assessments and screenings
• provide individual, family, and group interventions within scope of practice
• monitor progress
• support coping skills and emotional regulation
• assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• maintain clinical documentation
• support discharge planning and aftercare.
