Mitigation Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily mitigation staff activities
• monitor work with project managers, clients, contractors, insurers, and mitigation staff
• assist with job issues and change requests
• manage staffing, scheduling, crew assignments, timekeeping review, purchase orders, and safety reporting
• maintain documentation and accurate job files
• coordinate employee meetings, vendors, equipment, and crews
• create and manage on-call schedules
• manage TPA compliance and communications
• request temporary labor timesheets
• submit insurance documentation
• track invoices and outstanding payments.
