Subsurface Laser Operator

The Subsurface Laser Operator role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience. Crystal D produces crystal awards and gifts that recognize achievements and milestones. The operator uses specialized laser equipment and software to produce customer-specified crystal products. The role checks finished work for accuracy, maintains production records and equipment, and supports safe, efficient production through teamwork and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate subsurface laser equipment
• learn and use Vitro software
• follow production work orders and instructions
• inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• handle crystal carefully
• monitor schedules and complete orders on time
• troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine preventive maintenance
• maintain production records and order statuses
• keep the workspace clean and safe using 5S and lean practices
• and cross-train in other production areas.
