The role exists to provide specialized legal counsel on complex engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. By drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts, the attorney helps mitigate commercial risks for clients in the conventional and renewable energy sectors.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate EPC agreements.
  • Prepare operation and maintenance agreements.
  • Advise on project development and execution.
  • Represent owners, developers, and lenders in transactions.
  • Mitigate commercial and legal risks.
