The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of initial and annual recertifications for all residents in full compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. • Reviewing household certifications for all affordable properties to ensure they re compliant. • Scheduling resident recertification interviews and apartment inspections.
