What you'll do

• Lead maintenance staff
• schedule and prioritize work orders
• perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building issues
• inspect for hazards
• coordinate vendors
• maintain supplies and equipment inventory
• assist with emergency and after-hours repairs when necessary
• support health department surveys and inspections.
