Kenny’s Candy & Confections makes human and pet food products, and this role supports its starchless production operation. The technician operates the starchless cooking system and associated equipment, mixes formulations, and monitors dosing to meet production, quality, food-safety, and sanitation standards. The role coordinates product transfers and ingredient use with production, quality control, and inventory teams and completes required records and sanitation work.

What you'll do

• Operate the starchless cooking system and supplemental cook/dosing equipment
• mix formulations and add, regulate, and disperse ingredients and additives
• follow the production schedule
• coordinate product transfers with the Starchless Mogul Operator
• communicate with Quality Control and Inventory Control/Warehouse
• test and monitor equipment for proper dosing
• complete cleanouts and prevent cross-contamination
• perform inventory and sanitation duties
• complete dietary supplement paperwork
• follow company and regulatory requirements.
