What you'll do

• Serve members, guests, and program participants in person and by phone
• conduct tours for prospective members and sell memberships
• build member relationships
• address membership concerns and escalate unusual or unresolved issues
• follow YMCA member-service policies
• help maintain lobby cleanliness and organization.
