What you'll do

• Serve as technical advisor on ocean science and technology initiatives
• coordinate NOAA laboratories, universities, cooperative institutes, and federal partners
• maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• coordinate BAAs and NOFOs
• manage documentation and administrative activities for agreements, budgets, grants, and task orders
• monitor funding, risks, performance, and reporting
• brief government leadership
• recommend risk mitigation
• contribute to strategic planning.
