The Materials Coordinator role is an onsite, full-time position in Louisville, KY, on B Crew, Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. The stated pay is $19.35 per hour, paid weekly. The coordinator processes material requests, verifies shipments and records, and helps maintain accurate inventory and material flow. The role also leads and trains forklift operators and supports shipping, receiving and facility organization.

What you'll do

• Process requests for materials, supplies and equipment
• review procurement paperwork
• verify delivered quantities and condition
• prepare reports
• operate a forklift safely
• lead and train forklift operators
• maintain shipping and receiving records
• perform cycle counts and monitor FIFO
• prepare shipping documents and transmit advance shipping notices
• receive inbound materials
• report shortages
• maintain material placement and truck-board information
• support 5-S activities.
