Rear Load Driver

Job overview

The Rear Load Driver role is onsite in Brattleboro, Vermont. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 depending on experience. The driver serves commercial and residential customers on assigned routes for USA Waste and Recycling.

What you'll do

• Safely operate a heavy-duty truck on assigned routes
• service customers efficiently and comply with transportation regulations and company policies
• empty containers manually or with a rear lift
• unload at disposal sites
• complete vehicle inspections and route paperwork
• attend required meetings
• assist other drivers when directed
• and report customer concerns to dispatch.
