What you'll do

• Serve as Product Owner for one or more Agile Scrum teams
• maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog in alignment with business goals
• define Product Goals and translate business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
• prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, regulatory requirements, risk, and dependencies
• participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• review and accept completed work
• liaise between business stakeholders and Scrum teams
• support modernization initiatives
• monitor product performance and business outcomes using data and metrics.
