The role involves overseeing and coordinating sheet metal installation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This leadership role supervises field crews, manages daily operations, and works closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Supervise and lead sheet metal installation crews on commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily job site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Ensure proper installation of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices.
• Maintain project productivity while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on all job sites.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve installation or workmanship issues.
• Communicate progress updates with project managers and other trades.
• Order and track materials, tools, and job site inventory.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and project requirements.
