The Senior Business Systems Analyst role is based onsite at 100 N. Senate Ave. in Indianapolis, IN, and is limited to local candidates in Central Indiana. Compensation is $48–$49 per hour on W-2; the expected workweek is 37.5 hours. The analyst reports to the Business Analysis Director on the Digital Transformation team at the State of Indiana’s INDOT. The analyst connects business, technology, data, and leadership stakeholders to advance digital transformation. The role turns business needs into actionable requirements and user stories, facilitates alignment, and supports system and process improvements across the agency.

• Build stakeholder relationships and serve as a business relationship manager for assigned areas
• partner with IT and data practitioners to develop requirements
• manage expectations across stakeholders and teams
• lead discovery sessions and workshops
• translate needs into requirements and user stories
• identify root causes and mediate priorities
• advance interoperability across systems, data and processes
• support strategic planning and change management
• promote governance practices.
