What you'll do

• Provide individual and group counseling, family support, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention as appropriate
• conduct intake interviews and comprehensive assessments
• work with youth, families, and Care Coordinators to develop and monitor individualized action plans
• support treatment and skill-building interventions
• facilitate discharge planning and groups
• maintain evidence-based model certification
• and complete program reports.
