What you'll do

• Partner with leaders to shape People & Culture strategy
• develop programs and systems
• strengthen talent attraction and hiring
• advise on organizational design, compensation, succession, and people decisions
• implement performance, career pathing, leadership development, and engagement frameworks
• support culture across a distributed team
• lead or oversee multi-state HR operations, compliance, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations.
