The Territory Lead serves as the designated broker of record and acts as a key representative for Zillow within MLSs, associations, and influential brokerages.

What you'll do

• Serve as the designated broker of record for assigned states.
• Own operational performance, compliance integrity, and execution quality.
• Foster strong relationships with MLS executives, association leaders, and state regulators.
• Ensure full compliance with state licensing laws, MLS rules, and brokerage operations manuals.
• Execute standardized workflows to improve speed, reliability, and consistency.
