What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care within the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies
• follow therapeutic and resident care plans
• document care and clinical notes
• reinforce instructions from physicians and the Director of Nursing
• administer prescribed medications when permitted by policy
• perform selected treatments
• report significant changes in physical or mental condition
• initiate CPR and emergency assistance as required
• maintain confidentiality
• act as a role model for ancillary personnel.
