Residential Director

Job overview

The Residential Director role is onsite in Peabody, MA, with an annual base salary range of $71,500 to $76,500. Bridgewell provides social and human services supporting people with disabilities and other life challenges. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; on-call duty is required.

What you'll do

• Supervise residential program managers
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• oversee referrals, intake, transfers, and discharges
• monitor service quality, regulatory compliance, and program budgets
• maintain relationships with funding sources and community partners
• and provide interim program leadership when needed.
