What you'll do

• Perform CCTV monitoring and live tracking.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Coordinate multi-channel dispatch operations.
• Maintain incident logs and documentation.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting of security equipment.
