Guest Services Representative / Event Usher

The Guest Services Representative / Event Usher role is onsite at venues in Las Vegas, NV, and pays $13–$14 per hour. WeServe Plus provides event staffing for live entertainment, sports, and other events at venues including T-Mobile Arena, Dolby Live, and Las Vegas Ballpark. The role supports event guests as an usher or ticket scanner, contributing to a customer-focused venue experience. Team members must be available for four to eight events per month and Friday and/or Saturday nights; shifts are scheduled around events.

What you'll do

• Work as an usher and/or ticket scanner at assigned events
• stand or walk for up to five hours at a time
• maintain a neat, professional appearance and comply with venue attire requirements
• communicate in English verbally and in writing
• maintain access to email and text messages for scheduling.
