Purchasing Coordinator, Commercial Furniture Projects

What you'll do

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders
• review specifications, quantities, pricing, shipping, and delivery requirements
• submit orders and confirm acknowledgements
• track lead times, shipping, backorders, and delivery dates
• communicate order status and delays
• resolve pricing discrepancies, shortages, damage, and incorrect shipments
• maintain purchasing documentation
• review vendor acknowledgements
• assist with invoice discrepancies
• coordinate with warehouse, delivery, installation, and project teams
• support process improvements.
