What you'll do

• Guide research and engineering teams on underwriting, claims, and risk-assessment reasoning
• design insurance tasks and write grounded solutions
• evaluate AI model outputs using structured rubrics
• provide written feedback on correctness and reasoning
• develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics
• collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain consistency in training data
• work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
