Handyman – Property Maintenance and Repairs

What you'll do

• Perform basic electrical tasks, plumbing repairs, carpentry, and general building maintenance
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance and other skilled tasks as directed
• perform manual work such as pressure washing, pothole and fence repairs, painting, and janitorial duties
• operate hand and power tools and testing equipment
• inspect systems, repair or replace defective components, and test repairs
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. The posting requests 10 years of handyman experience and 10 years of experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment, plus in-depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems and ability to lift 50 lbs.
