What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
• Assist residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking.
• Complete tasks related to food preparation and dining.
• Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse.
