Contact Center Sales Agent

Job overview

The Contact Center Sales Agent role is onsite in Midway, GA. Compensation is $7.25 per hour. MCI provides customer experience, business process outsourcing, and cloud technology services across multiple industries. The agent handles customer calls, answers product and service questions, resolves inquiries, and closes sales while protecting customer information and following program procedures.
