What you'll do
- Support technology projects, software deployments, testing, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide eClinicalWorks application support and basic troubleshooting, assist with configuring templates, letters, and forms, and support user onboarding, training, and technology transitions.
- Help deploy and replace computers and printers, coordinate with the managed service provider, prepare reports and data presentations, maintain technology inventories, and assist with audits and administrative projects.
