Programming Associate

What you'll do

• Create and adapt written and digital content for websites, email, social media, newsletters, podcasts, program materials, and educational resources
• maintain an integrated marketing and content calendar
• support digital communications and audience engagement campaigns
• coordinate campaign timelines and marketing assets
• track engagement metrics and prepare recurring reports
• coordinate program activities, speakers, participants, scheduling, travel, communications, and registration
• maintain program documentation, calendars, databases, and content libraries
• assist with patient and public inquiries by connecting people with appropriate resources.
