The Multilingual Learner (ML) Teacher, Elementary role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a salary of $44,000–$80,000 per year. The teacher provides English language development instruction and collaborates with classroom teachers, school leaders, families, and regional Student Support staff. The role supports students’ language growth and academic success through instruction, progress monitoring, and coordinated services.

What you'll do

• Provide English language development instruction through push-in, pull-out, small-group, and/or co-teaching models
• align instruction with North Carolina ELD and grade-level standards
• use proficiency and academic data to differentiate and monitor progress
• support academic language development
• collaborate with teachers and families
• support required screening and assessments
• maintain student records and progress data
• follow applicable program requirements.
