What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, desk-side support equipment, ESF, and servers
• provide customer support for designated equipment and answer client questions professionally
• accept and complete assigned service calls within client service-level agreements
• meet customer satisfaction guidelines
• complete administrative tasks and real-time call reporting
• follow client service and safety policies
• control assets and inventory through timely parts and equipment turnaround
• report activity accurately and promptly.
