The RBT will implement individualized behavior plans to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
