What you'll do

• Direct and inspect security personnel
• schedule shift work distribution and training
• answer officers’ work-related questions and resolve shift problems
• participate in Guard Mount and receive post assignments
• communicate by radio, telephone, and in person
• provide access and traffic control and armed security functions
• manage post staffing and coverage
• conduct personnel, vehicle, building, and facility checks and inspect packages
• notify project leadership of unusual or emergency situations.
