The Resident Assistant — Willow Lane Assisted Living role is onsite in Appleton, WI, with full-time AM and PM shifts and every other weekend required. Pay is $19 per hour. Park Vista’s mission is to help residents live out their best years while supporting families and providing compassionate care. The assistant provides and documents resident care and services according to individual service plans, reports changes in condition, and responds to resident calls and alarms. The role also supports meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, vital-sign monitoring, and medication reminders or management within training and delegated responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Perform and document resident care and services according to the individual service plan
• report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
• respond promptly to emergency response calls and resident calls or alarms
• facilitate activities on weekends and evenings as required
• serve meals or feed residents as required
• perform cleaning and laundry as necessary
• fill open shifts as needed
• monitor and document vital signs
• provide medication reminders or management according to the plan, training, and delegations.
