What you'll do

• Manage and supervise three accounting staff responsible for AP and AR
• review reconciliations, aging reports, collections, and payment processes
• support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial schedules
• ensure U.S. GAAP and internal policy compliance
• assist with reporting, audits, and analysis
• oversee cash management and internal controls
• investigate accounting issues and implement solutions
• coach staff
• collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
• support communication with Japan headquarters when needed.
