Certified Athletic Trainer

The Certified Athletic Trainer role is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ. The stated pay range is $38–$46 per hour. WorkCare is establishing an industrial injury prevention program at a manufacturer’s site and expanding its presence in Arizona. The trainer provides injury prevention and total-worker-health services within OSHA first-aid guidelines. Triage, ergonomic recommendations, education, and follow-up help employees address injuries and reduce workplace musculoskeletal risks.

What you'll do

• Provide triage, first aid, education, and escalation of care when needed
• communicate with parties managing injury cases
• support injured employees and participate in accident investigations
• identify modified work
• conduct ergonomic analyses
• coach employees on body mechanics and physical resilience
• maintain records
• develop job-specific agility routines
• coordinate with other WorkCare service lines.
