Shift Supervisor — Queens Residential Group Home

What you'll do

• Ensure program goals are implemented by Direct Support Professionals
• follow treatment plans
• provide hands-on supervision and implement behavior goals and plans for individuals with autism
• maintain personal allowance accounts
• schedule residential staff
• coordinate shopping, meals, and recreational goals
• coordinate medical appointments with nursing and medical staff
• transport residents in agency vehicles as needed
• maintain certifications and confidentiality
• support residents’ health, safety, and welfare.
