What you'll do

• Process payroll for farm employees and office staff
• review time records and resolve discrepancies
• maintain payroll documentation
• process vendor and Farm Labor Contractor invoices, reconcile statements, and execute payment runs
• respond to payroll questions in English and Spanish
• maintain accounting records
• provide light reception and clerical support.
